Return Policy for Shane Milton Apparel

Thank you for shopping at Shane Milton Apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original delivery of the product. After 14 days from the point of delivery, products cannot be returned.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was received in the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • The product hasn't been used or damaged.

2. Products that Cannot be Returned

Please note that we do not accept returns of:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Provide us with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the returned product.

4. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. You should send the product at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. In the event that the product is not in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or deny the refund.
